To help us to better help you, try to follow these simple rules while asking for help

- First search the forums and try to find information on your own. When this fails, then consider asking us for assistance.

- Always give as much detailled information about the problem. Saying it does not work is not good enough. Describe exactly what is going on including any error messages, the file you're trying to access and the server you are having problems with.

- If you get an error message, always copy it back exactly. It may not mean anything to you, but it will help other people to understand what you are experiencing.

- Stay patient. No one is paid to help out over here. We are not online 24 hours a day!

- Stay polite. This goes without saying. But I will still mention it.
