Renge isn't in it enough to seriously make me want to strangle her, but if she was in it more often I would definitely come close.

And I agree - what exactly IS her point? Bisco-San obviously didn't think she was important to keep recurring in the manga, so I dunno why she features so much in the anime. Maybe she's there as the only other main girl to contrast Haruhi, who is quiet, dry-humoured and rational?

Renge is in episode 18, though breifly. And - Mori had a brother?! Oh, I wish I'd seen him. Let me guess - he's a loud, short socialite, right?

If you're referring to my post, I wasn't talking about anyone in particular, so sorry if it seemed that way . If people like Hikaru/Haruhi that's fine - people can ship whatever they like. I was just curious as to what evidence there is of it happening in canon.

About Mori's brother, as far as I can tell from reading the RAW manga yes he is XD

I saw a picture of him, he IS like a smaller, happier version of Mori XD

Renge is annoying, but not on the highest level of my annoying meter at the moment. That's reserved for characters like Relena from Gundam Wing, Kero from Cardcaptor Sakura, and Chu Chu from Shoujou kakumei Utena.

If she's on screen for more than five minutes, that's when the tin can of 100% STFU needs to be opened.

I don't mind Renge, I actually liked her role in 17 compared to other episodes (but then, episode 17 was about Kyouya so therefore it was PERFECT ) It's kind of annoying how often she shows up, but they don't give Nekozawa extra screen time He's much more entertaining than Renge.

Heh, I still adore the episode where they tried so hard to get Nekozawa accustomed to the sunlight, all for the sake of his little sister!

Well, although Lunar still has not released Host Club, a different subbing team called FROP has released ep 18! I've dl'ed ep 16 from them before, and it's quite good too. On par with Lunar subs in my oppinion. Anyway, you can try getting them at Tokyo Toshokan.

I'm still gonna wait for Lunar to sub it. I will not watch episode 18 until Lunar subs it! I trust Lunar a lot and it would be horrible if they dropped it which I know right now that they haven't yet.

Oh boy, now I have to stop reading posts the moment I see something about episode 18 until I see the episode. And I'll especially have to not touch the spoiler tags. My hand is somehow gonna slip and click the mouse on the spoiler tag thus viewing the spoilers. I just know something like that is going to happen.

Im gonna wait for LUnar to sub the ep as well. I saw the FRoP fansub on youtube and let me put it this way the box on the web page with all the translation errors was bigger than the video.

ok guys the subbing from FROP is very good I think it`s stupid to wait just because you feel an obligation to Lunar....

Anyway I saw the 18th ep and for one more time felt deeply let down! I mean every new episode looks more disapointing from the previous!

Definatly! I dont know how long this series goes on for, or if there is another. but if she starts to date someone it will totally distroy her innocence factor, which without it would distroy her charater! she surely HAS to stay single!!!

Lunar's translation is not 100% perfect tho. Somethimes they say things that dont really make sense!! Where is Frop?? whats the site??

And how would we know if Lunar Dropped the series? would they inform us?
