Its a brilliant rom-com manga thats serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. I've been reading this manga since.....I think April or March of this year....not sure. I'm currently up to Chapter 55 with the English scanlations and MKK....sooo lucky that he could read Chinese...is up to Chapter 60 with the Chinese scanlations. ECCHI in this manga is great!!!! XD

Plot:
The story is about Rito Yuuki, a high-school boy who can't confess to the girl of his dreams, Haruna Sairenji. One day when coming home and sulking in the bath-tub a mysterious, nude girl, appears out of nowhere. Her name is Lala and she comes from the planet Deviluke, where she is the heir to the throne. Her father wants her to return to her home planet so she can marry one of the husband candidates, but she decides that she wants to marry Rito in order to stay on Earth. Commander Zastin has been ordered to bring Lala back and has already battled Rito. He reports to the emperor that Rito would be suited to marry Lala, after hearing Rito say that marriage is impossible unless it's with the person you love (Rito was actually defending himself but Zastin and Lala thought he was defending Lala). With this speech, Lala truly falls in love with Rito and decides that she wants to marry Rito. Her father decides that, if Rito is able to protect Lala from her fiances, then he can be her fiance, but if Rito cannot protect Lala from her other fiances, Lala's father will kill Rito and destroy Earth.

omg lol i love the manga and now an anime to boot, although not till next year, thanks for the heads up JC i'll be sure to look out for this one

The manga was good at first, then it seemed to devolve into a plot-less "let's see how they do fan service this time" series of chapters. I assume it recovered from that a bit? Haruna's a cutie, though. XD

BTW Lala is the pink-haired alien chick and Haruna is the blue/black haired human chick....they're both in my harem!!!! XD

YEAH, this anime should be good if they can choose a better animation co. to do the character designs not like Black Cat. I love the artist's style, all the girls are pretty hawt and there's so many fanservices....that gold hair loli is <3 materials

Just a heads-up for people; if you are expecting plot or story development...don't bother, cause even the manga falls under echii fanservice comedy category with minimal story development. So if you are going to complain about the excessive amount of echii and fanservice and lack of plot, then better not watch this one at all.

Not that that's really all that bad. Every season needs at least one pointless ecchi comedy in it. This season we had KimiAru and Rosario + Vampire; back in the fall season there was Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun, and countless others before it. I think I'm going to watch this one, if only so that I don't have to think while I watch it, and if the comedy is good.

I know...that was my point exactly. This is going to be the echii anime for next season. I just don't want people complain about it like some people do in the Rosario & Vampire thread. Like I mentioned before...it would be pointless to complain about the lack of plot if the plot wasn't really the main focus of the anime.
Don't get me wrong, I have this manga and I LIKE the echii comedy in it and enjoy readying it, but honestly there isn't any real plot development at all.

That is so True lol, but yeah it's not that bad I do watch them to take a break from or in between my main anime watchlists. Artwork for this one seems to fit my taste lol so I probably will watch it and as i notice i do have one of this kind of animes on my watchlist every season so yeah lol.

Hmm... Main guy dragged into a marrage situation that was beyond his controll, or more along the line of a worng place, wrong time romance. This sounds kind of familiar in two ways. Although it's kind of reminding me of how Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun is kind of setup along with the Valkyrie series as well. For some reason I'm getting that kind of a vibe for this series, and I might as well check it out to see if it is noteworty for me. Since I tend to enjoy a series like this from time to time of course.

Yeah i think the main character has happy life to consider that he got alien princess and fall in love with her in the ending of it all

Ah, all the better I say. Very few anime actually have almost an entire lack of plot progression, and if you're not worrying about the plot, you can focus more on the characters themselves (and the visuals I suppose). Kind of reminds me of how Pretty Face was - almost no plot progression and most of it was just pure comedy and ecchi fanservice, but it was really good too; really wish it could have been longer. I even started reading Mx0 way back last year, but I'm so behind now. Still, it had the same humor tone as Pretty Face, being from the same author and all, but I'm going off on a tangent.

i loved the complete nothingness of this anime/manga plot but i have seen the promo for it and the voice for lala is well kinda annoying if u hear it so much * at least thats what i think* but unlike the previous anime season with ecchi fanservice animes with 12-13 eps this is a 26 ep anime so i would say they have to relatively rush the story line a bit just cuz the fact that the manga is out to 90's and the story hasnt even developed once well some of it has developed


but anyways im hoping for a lalaXrito love no offence to haruna lovers * i like her too* but i dont want to see a harunaXrito anime love story personally

Episode 1 is already aired, hopefully it would just be a matter of time before the subs are out. I can't wait to see konjiki no yami (Golden Darkness)...she is basically the sister of Eve from Black Cat, consider she is her recycle+refined character

I am guessing it might take 7 hrs for it to be subbed then 7 more for it to upload O.o

So the first epiosde of this series will show up sometime by tomorrow by the earliest if it's done by a good fansub group. By the way which sub group(s) is/are picking this series up now?

Might as well know what to expect from the sub group(s).

Moetaku is 1 of them. I just happened to see they were subbing it.
Ayako maybe. I'm not too sure which fansub group is doing it since i usually just get it off this site.

This will probably be the Jap's favorite series of this season, thanks to all the fanservices...
