Indeed there's always something to look foward to when a loli is dressed up as a miad it seems. I any case at least Yami-chan is fun to watch since she does have a tendancy of being at the right place at the wrong time when it comes to Rito's involuntary ecchi-like actions.

Episode 21

Well I can say this, episode 21 was a filler by the manga standards. Although it was rather funny never the less. In any case it seemed that Yami-chan got a good ammount of screen time in this episode though. Although I kind fo feel a bit sorry for her that she tended to show up at the wrong time when the Nurse mentioned how she had a lot of ailen freeloaders living in her home.

Well 22 is now out and it was pretty good for the Infamous Cultrual Festival. I kind of liked how they went back and forth between Yami-chan and what was happing at the school. Also, Yami-chan in a bunnygirl outfit for the win.

Never the less the next episode is going to be rather interesting though.

xvid avi released

You need to give them at least a few hours. They always seem to release the h264 a few hours ahead of the xvid.

Hello. I guess I ought to talk here. XD

We release h.264 first because it's actually quicker. We can do everything required for an h.264 while we're translating/timing/editing/whatever. It's normally up on the FTP before we've finished. After that point, we mux the subtitles and the fonts in, and release. By doing it this way, we release approximately 2 hours earlier than if we were to release XviD first.

There are a few exceptions to this, such as in the most recent Sekirei, where we had to fail 4 h.264 encodes for various reasons, and the script finished before we had started a new h.264. In this case, it IS beneficial to release XviD first, since it encodes faster than h.264. The other time when it is beneficial to release XviD first is when an encoder is not on, and the script finishes before they can log on. Again, faster encoding speeds with XviD, so that would be done first.

Oh so one of the Chihiro fansubbers came to explain things. I kind of guessed that was how you did it. Although sometimes .mkv files can be a tad tricky unless you use MPC to actually play some .mkv episodes though.

Well in any case keep up the good work. I'm looking foward to you guys doing both ToLOVERu and Sekirei of course.

Love the series. true though that there is an absence of plot progression, at least there's something new in every episode. YAY! randomness. all-in-all i think it was worth every second i sat in front of my screen... All you guys from Chihiro keep up the good work and thanks

At this point the plot really is non-existant. That's just the type of show this is. It still a pretty good one though.

This episode was good. The measuring part was funny. "There's two more who haven't been measured!" laugh.gif
The fact that Yami-chan was looking for a job was also interesting.
"What? I didn't catch that..."
"Assissination."
"Can you please leave."
In the end she found one, but it wasn't exactly what she was expecting. tongue.gif

Well you have to understand Yami-chan is a professional intergalatic assissin, and that's pretty much all she knows in life. Although she does know that if she hangs artound the school nurse or even Lala herself she'll be able to work an odd job. In which case could be rather embarassing for her at times though.

Yeah, it's clear why she can't find a good job. Though with all her weapons, she'd probably be a good soldier in the military. ph34r.gif

Yes Yami-chan did go to a military base and asked if there was a job for an assassin. Although the guy said that they protect people not kill people.

In any case she could of joined, if she learned how to protect people from being killed by killing other people though. Although, that was my train of thought on that idea.

I had such high hopes for this anime, it let me down like no other before. I quess the ecchi parts are good but I have seen series with a lot more ecchi and hell of a lot more story then this. It is almost like watching Tom and Jerry it doesnt matter which episode you watch first(except the first five) because there is no connection betwen them.

I'm really loving this show, so many things but my fav is Sarenji, just everything, and how shes got a bit more dareing recently.

Now on to Yami, the last few episodes have been great, first the hotel and Yami the Maid - that just rocked. And now in the bunny suit - are we getting a pattern here? she hates ecchi but thats twice now shes cosplayed and "I dont mind it" was her reaction to the maid uniform. Hope we get more! smile.gif

I agree its a bit random in places, but its keeping the interest and its funny as hell so I like it. So much so I've already re-watched it 2 times up to this last ep lol.

Ok so I managed to see 23, and I have to say this. t was one of those hommage to the Edo period with htis one. Although it was basically a Saruyama filler episode, but it worked so well in the end. Never the less if you know your Japanesse folklore you can understand what's going on. Although you could porbablly get away without knowing a whole lot though.

As for next week I'm getting this odd Valkyrie vibe with the privews there.

Ep 22 was great with Yami-chan. I probably like her more than Sarenji now. Sarenji's screen time in the last bunch of episodes has been very short.

As everybody says there is almost no cohesion to this series. It's not bad, but honestly after it's over I'll put it into my archives probably to forget about. Yes it's funny in a really stupid way, which I guess is the main reason I am not loving it. If I want stupid comedy I'll watch an American cartoon or sitcom.

That's because they know everyone likes Yami and Yui over any other character in the show, hence they completely scratched the manga story adaptation and went for fanservice and moe tongue.gif j/k  I don't know why, but it's all good since we get to see more yami anyways even though the ending theme heavily emphasizes on Haruna XD (which by the way is (the theme not Haruna) is starting to grow on me
