However the usual "if this sells well we'll make more" was already said, just like before the release of Tokyo Revelations, so hope still remains.

It all depends on how much money will this OVA make.

If its good, we might get the other arcs, and maybe even Infinity and Celes.


I see Shunraiki more as "test", considering Infinity and Celes OADs would need MUCH bigger animation budget

However, I doubt seeing them going back to make those two world arcs. Reason being is the OAD came with the manga, meaning this OAD is actually meant for manga readers. Kinda the same way as how School Rumble worked if you ask me. In other words, CLAMP meant this to mainly target manga readers and encourage more people to buy/read the manga if they want to see these.

It's 16th May, is the OAD part 2 out already ? Cuz I can't find it anywhere.

Don't know how long it will take for it to get subbed. Although I'm holding off on watching these until i catch up in the manga.

All they succeeded is diminishing my opinion on CLAMP...

I fast forwarded entire OVA2.

The animation quality is same as OVA1(that is lesser than Tokyo Revelations and TC Movie but better than TC series) and most of things are intact. I refuse to watch it fully till they animate Celes/Infinity though.

And yes i hate this OVA just because they skipped Infinity/Celes and I bet that it will be another hate-trauma just like when BeeFail butchered the tv show.

Just finished watching it, and I will say that it helps my Tsubasa fix People who didn't watch the manga would be quite lost tho.

Because this OAD is meant for manga fans. Not anime fans. They animated this mainly as a "treat" for the devoted manga readers. This is how they make money since it will encourage more people to buy the manga if they want to understand what's going on.

So Tsubasa Shunraiki only has 2 episodes?

yes and it is somewhat connected to the events in the xxxholic Shunmuki OAD that will finish up next month.

Sad...The manga is finished and The series is over? I hope theres more coming up. But one thing I haven't watched yet is xxxHolic :|

I hopes to watch the manga part one. Why dun they make it into a movie? I've been waiting for so long to watch it. I cant find the manga here and dun know where to buy
