Since DoR invalidated Comp30, can we get a new comp rolling?

or how about this, Comp31's theme just be the same as Comp30's theme. I dont think there is a rule that says the new theme cant be the same as an older comp's.

it got invalidated? what happened? did he actually find some dodgy votes? As far as I knew nothing happened with it.
Did I miss something?

I had suggested a Valentines Card thing before February but I was told that DoR has something planned for this month already?
Since Valentines has passed, I suppose we should get something from him soon? Unless we really are done for. :p
St.Patrick's Day is coming up, maybe we can use that for the next theme.
