Yeah it's frustrating to watch because it's a huge misunderstanding. Luckily this will probably be over in the next episode, I can't imagine they'd drag it out any longer than that. And yeah I agree with JCD that it is typical in shoujo mangas, this type of situation, but it really got on my nerves in this manga. Maybe it's because I think Sawako is so sweet and undeserving of all of this.

Good episode, mainly because it deals with this idiotic social status obsession that girls always seem to suffer from during their school years. Along with yet another thing I always seem to find in animes and mangas - famous "Do you love me or do you hate?" question. I mean, like there aren't any other feelings you could have towards that person.

Oh well, putting that rant aside, we're seeing loads of character development here along with some storyline progression so I can't complain. Probably one of the better series' this season.

Just browsed the manga on this one. I'm rather impressed at how well they have stuck to the storyline in the anime series. I hope they continue to stick to it. Looks like some interesting things are coming up

Okay, either you need to choose a different subber, or need to recall your lines better. This is the second time things have apparently been translated badly...
There was no line of "Do you love me or do you hate me?". There was a line asking something along the lines of "Did I do something wrong? Did I make you said or even hate me? Is that it?" - From Kazehaya to Sawako
There was also a line of "We like you Sawako...What do you think about us? Do you like us?" - from the girls to Sawako

There was never a love/hate question. There was one asking if Kazehaya had done something to make her hate him, and there was one from the two girls asking if she liked them (to which Sawako said something along the lines of "Like isn't really it..." but never got to finish - probably would have been something along the lines of "more like love" - but was misunderstood to be more like I don't really LIKE you...you just are or w/e).

What subber are you using that keeps giving these translations?


Either way, I liked the last episode. I mean, it irritates me that people can be so dense and socially inept - particularly Sawako - but it also makes sense all things considered. I really feel for her and for those around her. Sawako is trying to help them, while they're trying to help her, and due to misunderstandings things are going off in wrong tangents...yet everyone trusts each other just enough to know that it all isn't as it seems.

I'm really liking the story so far.

I don't think he was directly quoting it....just a possible line of thought that could have gone through Kazehaya's mind during the situation. But instead of love, it was more like do you "like me as a friend" kind of thing. These misunderstandings are leading them to ask the questions such as "do you like me or not ?", "why are you avoiding me ?", blah blah. Its typical shoujo development and when it clears up, it makes them more closer than they were originally. Its like the shounen element of when the good guys get beaten into a pulp and then use their courage, pride and their bond with their "nakama" to make them stronger to defeat their enemy, this is heavily used in such titles like Fairy Tail.

great series so far best of the season makes me feel all warm and fuzzy But ep 4 was like dam rumor spreading skanks!

Really enjoyed this episode, it seemed like it could of been too cliche but the characters and their emotions made it worth while and touching. ^ ^

So at least the misunderstanding with Kazehaya is cleared and from the preview it seems the rest is done next week. Or so I hope. I want these part to be over soon.
I can feel with the characters and their insecuritys are really well shown together with the problematic of rumors and misunderstandings.
But Pin laughing after his speech destroyed a bite of the atmosphere. But it fitted his character.

so this is planned to be 12 episodes.... but theres already 21 chapters
translated and ive seen raws up to about 40
id hope they span this over a few seasons
id be disappointed if they skip things
i really really enjoy this anime/manga

Just saw episode 05 it was good but I wanted more to happen in this episode....hehehehe....its all gonna be over soon. The next episode will mark the end of this little rumour problem thats caused such a ruckus.

The singer of the ED sounds like she has a sore throat or something.

I think this series is gonna be like 24 to 26 episodes.

How dare you dis Chara! I love that song. The whole ED actually, showing Sawako as a babe lost in the woods saved by Kazehaya. A very obvious but cute metaphor for the whole show. Most shows I skip the ED, but not this one.

Chara also did the OP for Telepathy Shoujo Ran and has a Studio 4C produced Music Video for her song, Love to Live By.

Ah...Capitano! I just had myself a good laugh at your comment about the singer and then there's my other anime hero, A~san, to redeem her singing reputation. Ah...what fun! While I like the idea of falling in love for the first time and all of the bitter sweetness that comes with it, I am getting a tad bored with all the talk and "what ifs and what nots and the "woulda-coulda-shoulda." I say it's time the bull was taken by the horns and charged up! I mean our main characters are real cuties after all...especially, Kazehaya...what a bishie.

WAIT.....thats the m-flo one....I like that song and I know that the music video itself is considered an anime. In any case, I skip both the OP and ED for this series and I wasn't dissing her.....it just sounds so different from her.....its like she's tried to scream but lost her voice in the process and then after that she recorded her new song, which is being used for KnT's ED.

I only really like certain J-songs, Love to Live By is a good one by her but I'm not a fan of her unfortunately. So her name is Chara but I'll try to give the song another shot and I'll tell you if I like it.

Well, these 10 random ones I picked from my top rated.....I was gonna put Diggy-Mo but I was like, everyone has heard it. The song, Dr by Namie Amuro, there are about 2 little sections which feel like they really shouldn't be there or at least it could have been done in a different way but overall the song is awesome. As for taking the bull by the horns......that will take some time. This series is slow but it builds up tension very well later on with its development.

it is the charakter design. I was thinking the same amiga, its bokura ga ita!!! Also Sadako reminds me a little of Nadeshiko shichi henge (an anime I didnt like). But so far it is very sweet. I totally like both Sawako and Kaze

I can't believe they are dragging the rumour story for another episode. I thought it would be wrapped up in this one, oh well. Like I mentioned before this is my least favourite part of the manga so I want the story to move forward already

But I did love the moment between Kazehaya and Sawako in this ep, they are so sweet together. I wish there was a guy like Kazehaya around during my high school years.... Yeah it does remind me of Bokura ga Ita too, except I hope this one will end better. I like fairytale like ~happily ever after~ endings.
