no way Kurumi won't play dirty to get Kazehaya

You can see how she played shy to manlipulate her friends into nominating her for that committe

I wouldn't be one bit surprised if she wasn't the one who started that rumor about Ayane and Chizru

if that was the case, why did she say at the end of the episode of the rumor arc: "Of course Kazehaya wouldnt like girls, who spread rumors like that"? Or you think that she purposely dropped some hints in front of that other girl, expecting her to start the rumors, so she would be out of the suspicion in case Kazehaya found out about it?

Kurumi will play dirty but she will eventually change.

Episode 08 was really really short but sweet and as you can see things are starting to change for Sawako for the better. I really want the anime to start getting into the other character's relationship soon......KazehayaxSawako is good.....I'm really looking forward to Chizu's arc .

Downside of this anime currently being the only one I watch of this season XD after every ep I'm like I WANT THE NEXT EPISODE NOW! and get too impatient for the next one to be released and subbed.
I should read the manga but my current big pile of unread manga is glaring evilly at me whenever I think that

I was feeling depressed for some odd reason.....I just had a sudden sense of "meh.....its boring" when I thought about the planned mega-marathon I wanted to do after finding out that the ones I wanted to watch don't really look that great anymore especially Ride Back but then again I only watched the first episode so I going to give it a chance till I absolutely feel thats its not worth watching anymore and well, it hasn't reached that point yet.

So to get rid of my depression....I watched the newly released subbed episode 09 of Kimi ni Todoke. Not much actually happened but in Shoujo terms......a LOT HAPPENED such as Kurumi making her move and Kazehaya about to call Sawako by her first name.

When I was enjoying the episode to its fullest......a bad omen came in the form of Chara's ED......it started playing. I was furious...........whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ??? I really wanted the episode to continue and to think that I have to wait another week for the next episode just leaves me in utter DESPAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haven't watched 9 yet, So I'll comment on 8. I said it before but I always feel really warm after watching this series. Definitely one of the most underrated series this year I think. Looks to be listed for 12 episodes. Wished it was longer, even though some might think it is a slow series. I really enjoy the laid back pace and could watch Sawako for 24 episodes do nothing and be content.

Kurumi seems to be trouble. Not sure how she is going to interfere yet but, definitely she is the quiet sweet type who will snap I think. Could she be a yandere! could be interesting and refreshing but I don't feel this series using those stereotypes. Even though yandere is seldom used and even rarer to be used correctly.

Kurumi is so arteficially sweet, it makes me want to puke.... or grab her by the throat and strangle her a little, so that she would drop that super dooper "I am such a cutie" act and snarl at me.

I am hoping for a second season.

This looks like its going to be 24-26 episodes.

actually with the pace the manga is going i could imagine it being longer unless theres a sudden event

Yes it would be longer......but I rather they break into 2 seasons.

I agree with everyone here that watching Kurumi is annoying but I thnk what makes her so annoying is that we are all waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I really wish Chizu would have said something when Sawako mentioned that she met her. She just screamed a little but you always get the feeling that she has more to say about her (Kurumi)

Kurumi's gnab e like. "We are FRIENDS! and you cant steal the person i like." Or "I thought you were my friend, why would you do such a thing". Something on those lines. You can see the evil bratty bitch in her eyes.

i hate kurumi she like all sweet in front of her but she total bitch i mean why she act like we are friend in from of him. Just to make her self closer to Kazehaya total bitch cause she see he like sawako.,

I just watched episode 10.....Kurumi is a horrible character but after the fiasco.....things change for the better.

I'm really glad they started to show more of who Kurumi really is. Very manipulative.......forcing a person to be trapped and feel guilty over something they really shouldn't.

DARN.....I've gotta wait another a week for the next episode.

Lol....okay....what exactly did you predict ?? I don't remember seeing a prediction apart from that Kurumi is an enemy currently.

So with ep 10 its clear that Kurumi is just putting on an act. But I must say she has good selfcontrol ^^ It was nice seeing that her plan got destroyed a bit when she realized that she made Sawako feel better instead of discouraging her ^^

I wonder what Sawako has to do now and when Yano will step in, she seems to already have Kurumi figured out.
